Trump Toronto - "I dream in..." Ad Campaign
Selections I wrote and designed from the initial property launch campaign for Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto to announce the property to the world. This campaign was based upon the theme: "Some Dream in Black & White. Others never dare. A visionary dreams in bold, vivid hues. Donald J. Trump Dreams in Color." As we had nothing but a small sales center and building plans to sell our luxury hotel condominiums and residences, I chose to focus the advertising efforts on entrepreneurial individuals and their determination to create and live their lives on their own terms. The ads were squarely directed at those with the means, business sense, and desire to experience the Trump lifestyle. As a result of this campaign and concurrent marketing and sales efforts, over $300-million in luxury real estate was sold. The property opened on January 31, 2012 and the hotel is currently ranked the #1 hotel in Toronto by tripadvisor.com. It has been an amazing journey.
